the guidance of your OTM teacher inspire confidence in musical expression.

About

Ages: 0-5 years old, siblings welcome

These classes are relaxed 30-minute sessions designed to allow 0 to 5 year-olds to experience music-making with the people who love them.

As a mixed-age class, siblings are encouraged to join in the fun!

About Thais

Much-loved Over the Moon teacher, Thais Sansom, is an experienced Primary music teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, a Diploma of Education (Dance), a Graduate Diploma in Environmental and Cultural Interpretation and a Diploma of Teaching Creative Dance from Mangala Studios. Thais holds a Level 1 certificate in the Orff Schulwerk method, a fulsome approach to music education that utilises speech, singing, percussion instruments, movement and dance.

About Marlena

Over the Moon co-director, Marlena Raymond, has extensive early childhood music teaching and private instrumental teaching experience. Marlena studied classical flute at the Australian National Academy of Music and The Conservatorium, The University of Melbourne.

She also holds a Level 1 certificate in the Orff Schulwerk method - in fact she and Thais studied together!
